AU $24,000 1/2 share
We are looking to sell a 1/2 share ($24,000 negotiable) in our yacht as one of the current shareholders has sold out due to health reasons. We are also open to breaking her up into 1/3 ( $16,000) or 1/4 ($12,000) shares depending on the interest of new shareholders.

Taylor Maid is a robust, stable, cruising yacht that has also provided us with many hours of fun involved with club racing and cruising. She is fibreglass with a classic timber fitout and a light, comfortable airy cabin ( a 185 cm tall person can stand upright whilst cooking).

C&Cs combine the best in yacht design and comfort for their size. She has been well maintained and passes safety audits with Sydney Amateur Sailing Club every year. The yacht sits on a SASC club mooring very close to the clubhouse with tender service provided on racing days and weekends (making on and off access very easy). We are potentially open to moving her to another mooring depending on preferences form the new shareholder/s. We have been racing her in the summer twilights and enjoying time cruising, anchoring at our beautiful harbour beaches or staying away on weekends in Sydney Harbour, Broken Bay, Pittwater and the Hawkesbury - she is a very comfortable, secure and well fitted out yacht. It's like having your very own sailable/moveable studio apartment on what is arguably one of the most beautiful harbours in the world.
