The 2019 model Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 is an award-winning 3 cabin, one head design from the French shipyard that offers outstanding performance, comfort and innovation. With features such as the mainsail arch, extendable swimming transom, and expansive saloon, this is the ideal yacht for experienced sailors to enjoy in style and comfort, who are also willing and able to volunteer to keep the wheels of our cost-efficient self-managed syndicate turning.
The yacht is permanently based on a quality marina berth in the Newport Anchorage marina. You can enjoy the cruising grounds of Pittwater and the Hawkesbury River, in our view, the most relaxed commercial-free waterway only a stone's throw away from Sydney.
The low monthly ongoing fees are currently $235 (per month per share) including fuel, Marina pen rental, insurance, and normal maintenance plus you will also be expected to help out on a voluntary basis from time to time to assist in the running of the self-managed syndicate including anual working bees.
