Hunter 40.5 Legend

A fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our private syndicate. Available is a 1/4 share ownership of a 1997 Hunter Legend 40.5 (12.24m) monohull yacht.

Syndicate is based in Hervey Bay, the vessel berthed at Fisherman's Wharf marina.

The listed price includes:
- 1/4 ownership of the vessel and its associated fixtures
- approx 6 months of prepaid marina fees
- entry into formed syndicate with all contract documentation and operational agreements in place
- portion of levies paid in advance

Use is split equally in a calendar booking system. Owners costs are split four ways for all maintenance, upkeep, berthing etc. Payments are scheduled via a monthly payment levy. Any costs above and beyond are required to be approved.

This is a private, self-managed syndicate; there is no external manager/operator. Use of the boat is strictly limited to recreational use (commercial use is prohibited).
