Syndicate 39 to 44ft Monohull Yacht

Expressions of interest are being sought for the purchase of shares in a five share private syndicate entitling the shareholder to a 1/5th share in an as yet unpurchased 39 to 44ft monohull yacht, which will be less than 10 years old.
The yacht will be based at Shellharbour Marina and maintenance overseen by a syndicate member manager. The yacht will be setup for coastal cruising and will be available to syndicate members on a weekly basis. Potential yacht's include but are not limited to the Jeanneau 4XDS series or the Beneteau Oceanis 4X series.
The cost of each share is $100,000 ($500,000 syndicate max. ) and ongoing costs are expected to be $750 per month per member ($45,000 per annum syndicate total).
