Voyager 1040 Flybridge Catamaran Or similar

I'm wanting to make contact with people interested in forming a private syndicate of 3 shares to purchase a quality used 10-11m powercat that would be berthed at one of the Manly marinas.
The ideal boat would have a beam of approximately 4.5m to allow berthing in standard 12m mono berth. This saves costs and makes finding a berth easier.
The Voyager 1040 or 1100 is type of boat that would be targeted. See link to recent sale of a Voyager 1040.

I have been involved in two previous private syndicates and they both have been positive experiences.
The syndicate would be based on formal agreement with all costs shared and time allocated by either a fixed calendar or online booking system.
People interested would need to have suitable boating experience and the have the capacity to fund the purchase of a boat valued between $330k - $380k, ie shares would be approximately $125k.

Once the 3 owners are identified an agreement to purchase and a draft syndicate document will be prepared to enable the purchase of the boat.
