Details
A rare 1/2 share opportunity in a Riviera 43 is now available. You'll know the model, which is one of the most popular boats in WA for its size in the last 25 years, due to its generous proportions, amenities, liveability and value. The well equipped galley has all necessary appliances, cooking equipment, crockery, utensils, etc.

Significant maintenance or equipment replacement/improvement has been done over the last few years to keep the boat fully functional, as such the boat is in good condition and ready for use.

The boat is located in East Fremantle, in a premium land based pen, no more than 5m from your car to the boat. Rottnest moorings and river share user systems are already set up. This is a private syndicate which will be very cost effective, with a week on week off roster system altered by agreement between parties. Maintenance will be shared or outsourced by agreement, thus am seeking an experienced and 'handy' partner.
Operation and Maintenance Logs are maintained to track use and maintenance/costs, which will run through a joint bank account.

If you are experienced and want to own and use a fantastic boat at half the price, please feel to contact me to discuss details and arrange an inspection.
