I am offering a 1/5 share in a very harmonious well managed private syndicate. The roster is managed with one week on every five weeks.

Featuring many improvements that include new clears, bimini covers, flybridge upholstery, and cabin and cockpit carpets being recently replaced. The cruiser is kept on a berth on the Northbridge marina, providing very easy step on /off access in a well run marina.

This is a private syndicate so there is no management fees to pay.

Running costs that include marina fees, annual engine servicing, antifouling, and insurance cost each partner around $6,000 per year. Your individual fuel usage is calculated on each fill and charged per engine hours used.
