This is a powerful cruiser with a competant and reliable Bill Barry Cotter hull design. Very well presented classic cruiser that is well maintained.

I am offering a 1/5 share in a very harmonious well managed private syndicate. The roster is managed with one week on every five weeks.

Featuring many improvements that include new clears, bimini covers, flybridge upholstery, and cabin and cockpit carpets being recently replaced. The cruiser is kept on a berth on the Northbridge marina, providing very easy step on /off access. Northbridge is a pretty coe in the harbour with a netted swimming pool adjacent to the marina.

The Mariner is perfect the day trip or overnight stays and accomodates 4 persons very comfortably. You can enjoy the public mooring in Middle Harbour or take a run the harbour or to Manly. A highlight of your ownership includes the opportunity to enjoy the New Years Eve fireworks on Sydney harbour.

This is a private syndicate so there is no management fees to pay.

Running costs that include marina fees, annual engine servicing, antifouling, and insurance cost each partner around $6,000 per year. Your individual fuel usage is calculated on each fill and charged per engine hours used.
